WHAT I DID
Sole AE from the six-hour first cut, through a three-hour version, to the 132-minute Cannes cut.
Converted the whole project from Avid to Premiere Pro when a second editor joined, with sync maps and AAF turnovers, and checked that every edit and effect carried over.
Kept the Avid project and the second editor's Premiere Pro project in step, using sync maps and AAF turnovers, and checked that every edit and effect carried over.
Tracked VFX with international vendors in ShotGrid, with feedback and handovers in one place.
Cut promotional trailers and assembled scenes for the editors.
